Published on 08/07/2025

A shared commitment to promoting road safety

The Automobile Club of Luxembourg (ACL) is strengthening its commitment to road safety and has become the official Safety Partner of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg for the 2025 and 2026 editions.

In collaboration with TDL Organisation, ACL is using the country’s most prominent cycling event to share a clear message:

Road safety is a team effort. Together, we move forward.

Practical initiatives for young cyclists

As part of the partnership, ACL will introduce several fun and educational activities aimed at children and families, including:

  • The ACL Balance Bike Race, a safe and playful draisine race for young children
  • The ACL Village, an interactive area with a cycling safety learning course
  • A mobile pumptrack set up during the final stage to promote active and safe cycling
  • Safe Cycling LED signs placed along the route to contribute directly to the safety of the riders

A strong message for shared mobility

Road safety does not begin in the driver’s seat. It starts on foot, on bikes and scooters, and it concerns all age groups.”  explains Miriam Eisenmenger, CEO at ACL. “Making our roads safer is something we can only achieve together.

A long-term commitment

In addition to the main event, ACL is also supporting U17 and U19 cycling competitions.
