A breakdown mechanic - m/f - CDI - full-time

Main responsibilities

After an onboarding period and training on our tools, your main mission will be to support our members and customers on a daily basis:

• As an ACL ambassador, you will be responsible for handling breakdown assistance missions in Luxembourg and the Greater Region for ACL members/customers
• Identifying the problems encountered and proposing the most appropriate solution to preserve/restore the member/customer’s mobility
• Carrying out breakdown assistance or towing depending on the nature of the breakdown
• Pre-management of the mission

Required profile

Beyond your DAP training in automotive mechanics and your years of experience, it is your personality that will catch our attention.

• You are independent, proactive and enjoy working in a team
• You listen to members/customers
• You are open-minded and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Commitment, dynamism, interest and initiative are among your strengths
• You keep a cool head when things get a little hectic
• B and C driving licences are mandatory, an E licence is an advantage
• Proven experience in breakdown assistance, towing and/or automotive mechanics
• Languages: Luxembourgish, French, German. Any other language is an asset
• Shift work 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to midnight
