Roles and responsibilities

  • Project management and supervision from the design phase through to implementation.
  • Needs analysis, goal setting, project structuring, scope definition and deadline setting.
  • Resource planning, including team allocation and budget management.
  • Risk management and control to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with the best ROI.
  • Regular reporting to stakeholders and management.
  • Identification, documentation and analysis of requirements.
  • Development and implementation with stakeholders and third parties, and support in the selection, implementation and adaptation of software solutions.
  • Developing solution proposals and optimisations and creating specification documents.
  • Ensuring that solutions meet internal customer needs and maximise value for the business.
  • Applying Lean principles to optimise
  • Continuously improving workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Training and coaching team members and stakeholders in Lean methods.
  • Introducing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, monitor and challenge process performance.

Technical skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as project management or Lean management.
  • Proven experience in project management and project leadership.

Social skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Team-oriented and able to work with various stakeholders.
