We are not just looking for creative talent, but for a personality who embodies and develops our visual identity to reflect who we are: a trustworthy, modern, committed and community-minded partner.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the visual identity of the ACL and ensure a consistent image across all touchpoints (print, digital, signage, vehicles, events).
  • Develop and implement effective graphic concepts for our communication campaigns, print media, digital campaigns, social media and events.
  • Help shape the modernisation and digitalisation of the club’s image by suggesting design trends and creative developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams (content, digital, PR, events) and external partners to ensure consistently high quality.
  • Play a key role in ensuring that the ACL is perceived as a vibrant, contemporary and member-focused brand.

Your profile

  • Degree in graphic design, visual communication or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in visual identity, branding and graphic design (print + digital). We are open to both junior and senior profiles.
  • Confident use of common creative tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – in a structured, creative and reliable manner.
  • Curiosity, openness and the willingness to challenge graphic standards.
  • Excellent French and English skills; German or Luxembourgish are an advantage.

Why join us?

  • A meaningful project: Contribute to an organisation that makes mobility safer, more sustainable and more relaxed.
  • A strategic role: Design is a central pillar of our communication and much more than just a tool.
  • A cooperative environment: An interdisciplinary team where everyone can contribute and bring new ideas to the table.
  • A balanced working environment: Work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours, home office options and parking available.
  • A club in transition: You will play an active role in the visual redesign of a long-established Luxembourg institution.
  • Prospects: The ACL promotes continuous training and career development.
