Dispatcher - (m/f) - full-time - permanent contract

Main Responsibilities

• Dispatching of roadside assistance or towing interventions
• Ensuring follow-up of assignments and communication with internal and external service providers (roadside assistance/towing)
• Managing intervention priorities according to defined criteria
• Organising and scheduling internal technicians/drivers as part of the daily work plan

Your Profile

• Excellent logistics skills
• Very good geographical knowledge of Luxembourg and surrounding areas
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Language skills in Luxembourgish, French and German
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Organisational and planning ability
• Stress resistance
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to assess situations and make appropriate decisions
