The Summer Academy is aimed at our underage interns, who can spend a total of three Discovery Days getting to know different departments and fields of activity, including roadside assistance (SR), assistance (AC) and CMV/Clubmobil, as well as the Mondercange site. The aim is to offer young people a practical experience where they can take a look behind the scenes and get actively involved.
New this year: With Girls’ Day, we are adding a special offer for girls to the programme. This is aimed specifically at young women to give them an insight into the diversity of technical and mobile professions – in a practical, inspiring and encouraging way. Our female breakdown service technicians are also actively involved to share real insights and personal experiences.
Why are we doing this?
ACL wants to show young people career prospects – whether in the technical field, customer service, logistics or at our various locations. We want to spark interest, promote enthusiasm for mobility and technology, and maybe even discover some talented young people.
Those who gain practical experience early on and meet people from the professional world often make more informed decisions about their own future. That is exactly what we want to support.
