How does ACL position itself in relation to the offers listed in the club?

ACL acts as a trusted third party between its members and the club’s partners. We are neither a commercial intermediary nor a comparison portal: we limit ourselves to selecting relevant offers that have been negotiated in the interests of our members.

Any contracts and transactions are concluded directly between the member and the partner in a clear and transparent framework. ACL is not involved in any form of contract conclusion between a service provider associated with the club and its members. ACL therefore does not intervene in the event of a dispute between a member and a service provider.

How does ACL select partners and offers for the club?

The club’s partners are selected based on their relevance to the everyday lives of our members. Each offer is reviewed before being published online to ensure that members enjoy a consistent, useful and sustainable experience. ACL remains neutral and open to all parties wishing to make offers to its members, provided that these offers are in line with its values and applicable competition rules.

Are the club's offers reserved for ACL members only?

Yes. The offers and benefits of the club are exclusively reserved for ACL members.

Does ACL guarantee the offers displayed?

ACL ensures the consistency of the services offered, but the services are provided directly by the partners, who remain fully responsible for them.

How do I activate a club benefit?

Each offer contains clear instructions on how to proceed: online form, promotional code, contact details or presentation at the point of sale. Simply visit www.acl.lu/club and follow the steps described for each partner.

Will my personal data be shared with partners?
